Kansas Releases New Building & Construction Manual

The Kansas Office of Facilities & Property Management (OFPM) has updated the Building Design and Construction Manual as of July 1. The manual was updated to comply with the passage of HB 2267 that changes the way cost proposals for Construction Management at Risk are evaluated. Read more and download
